Each of the six untreated natural stones is certified by the American Gemological Laboratories, with the diamond also carrying documentation from the Gemological Institute of America.
“Every so often, an object comes along that doesn’t fit neatly into any one category, and those are the ones that excite us,” Ken Citron, Chief Executive Officer, Julien’s Auctions said. “The Infinity Gauntlet is part fine jewelry, part tribute to the most celebrated saga in modern cinema, part cultural touchstone.

Presenting it in Abu Dhabi, as part of Pop Culture Legends auction, gives it a stage worthy of what it is: a true 1-of-1,” he added.
Back in 2022, the object was first unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con, where it was offered for sale at $25 million. That figure was the asking price at the time. Julien’s Auction has noted that the estimate for the Infinity Gauntlet replica is available privately on request. Relish Wire News could not get a private response for the starting bid price.
The piece is a one-of-a-kind replica created under agreement with Marvel and Disney, made by East Continental Gems for Marvel, using Marvel’s layered design files for the gauntlet seen on the movie screen.
That construction distinguishes it from a standard replica. Julien’s said nearly all gemstones on the market have been treated or enhanced, while all six stones in the gauntlet are untreated, a combination the auction house described as unlikely to be repeated.
Amid the auction, the world awaits Marvel’s next Avengers film, Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled to be released in theaters on December 18, 2026
The emerald for the Time Stones came out of the ground more than a century ago. East Continental Gems then kept it in its own collection for more than 30 years before using it for this piece.
Julien’s and East Continental Gems announced the sale jointly.
Leonardo da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi, dated to around 1500, still holds the record for a single work sold at public auctio, which netted $450.3 million with buyer’s premium at Christie’s in New York on Nov. 15, 2017.
Gustav Klimt’s Portrait of Elisabeth Lederer, second-highest, hammered at about $236.4 million at Sotheby’s New York in November 2025.
Those prices show what rarity can bring at the top end.
Selling in December, it will be the first time the replica piece changes hands since it was made. It will be a headline lot of the Pop Culture Legends Evening Sale, part of Julien’s Celebrity & Culture Experience.
The lot will be accompanied by gemological certification for each stone, its original fitted presentation case and a signed certificate from Jim Starlin, creator of the original Marvel Comics Infinity Gauntlet storyline.
Julien’s said it will share the estimate only on request and will require bidders to be pre-approved. Once cleared, buyers can bid in person at Rosewood Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island, by phone or by absentee bid. The gauntlet will tour Bahrain in November before the sale.
Aution house had also brought some notable accident in modern history. In May 2017 a Jeep accelerated into a crowd inside Lynnway Auto Auction in Billerica, Massachusetts. The crash killed three people and injured several others, and a fourth death was reported later. It remains one of the worst accidents at a vehicle auction, where moving cars operate close to
